We Just Launched Synchronic — Here’s Why We Built It

Have you ever spent hours (or even days) going back and forth in messages just trying to schedule a meeting… only for it to never happen? We have — more times than we’d like to admit. And we kept asking ourselves: why is it still this hard in 2025?

That’s what led us to build Synchronic — a free mobile app that helps groups find a meeting time without the usual chaos. You suggest a few time slots, share a link, and everyone taps in their availability. Synchronic highlights the times that work for everyone. That’s it. No endless text threads. No “does this time work?” back-and-forth. No calendar integrations required

Built for real people, not just enterprise teams

We didn’t want to create another scheduling tool that only works inside corporate ecosystems. Synchronic doesn’t ask you to sync your calendar or dig through layers of settings. It’s as lightweight as a group poll — but way smarter. We built it because the pain was real. There was a time I tried to set up a meeting with someone who could’ve given me a soft intro to Shopify — one of my target companies. We messaged back and forth for days… and the meeting never happened.

Another friend of ours, Moshe Mikanovsky, co-hosts a podcast. He and his co-host already have access to each other’s calendars, but whenever they want to invite a guest, things get complicated. The guest’s schedule is a mystery, and even with great tools, they found it frustrating. Moshe said,

“It’d be awesome to have a tool that just finds a time that works for all of us without the guessing.”

That stuck with us.

So far, our early users have included students, project teams, podcast hosts, and even friend groups planning hangouts. People who move fast and just want to get things done.

Why now?

We have spent the past few years working across different group projects and startups, and if there’s one thing we’ve all felt, it’s this: scheduling shouldn’t be this painful. We knew there had to be a simpler way, so we decided to build it. We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel. We’re just trying to make it spin smoother for the people who need it most.

What’s next?

Synchronic is now available on Android, and the iOS version is on the way. We were planning to launch both at the same time, but Apple requires that if you offer Google sign-in, you also implement “Sign in with Apple.” So we’re working through that now and should be live on the App Store soon. The app is completely free, with no ads yet. We’re focused on listening to users, fixing bugs, and improving the experience week by week.

If you’re part of a team, study group, or just tired of scheduling chaos, give Synchronic a try. And if you’ve got feedback, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.

Thanks for being part of the journey. We’re just getting started 🚀
